Dr. Amina Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani is an Executive Board Member, Director, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AW Rostamani Group (AWR Group), a leading multi-sector family business group in the Middle East with a seven-decade legacy. In her position, she is responsible for the Group's shared corporate services and functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations across the Group. In addition, she is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AWR Properties, a key subsidiary of the Group, where she directs the company’s real estate operations, driving strategic direction and success.

Prior to her current roles, Dr. Amina held significant positions that shaped Dubai's economic landscape. She served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of TECOM Group, a key part of Dubai Holding. As a prominent business park operator and strategic enabler, TECOM Group contributes to Dubai's economic aspirations by creating industry-focused business communities for vital sectors like information technology, design, media, education, sciences, wholesale, and manufacturing. During her tenure, she also championed the development of the Dubai Design District (d3), a pioneering, purpose-built creative hub for the Middle East’s growing design industry.

Beyond her executive roles within AWR Group, Dr. Amina holds several prestigious Non-Executive Board memberships, including HSBC Bank Middle East Limited, Al Jalila Foundation, Sandooq Al Watan, Dubai Chambers, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and Ajman University’s Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the Dubai Community Contributions Establishment Board of Trustees and an Advisory Board Member at Tharawat Family Business Forum.

Dr. Amina holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, as well as a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering (Communications) from George Washington University, Washington D.C.
