Khalid Al Rostamani

Executive Chairman, AWR Group

Khalid Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani is the Executive Chairman of AW Rostamani Group (AWR Group), a leading multi-sector family business spanning automotive, real estate, logistics, lifestyle, and more. His career within the Group began in 1993, gaining extensive experience across its various companies and management functions before he assumed the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Today, as Executive Chairman, Khalid continues to provide strategic leadership and direction to the Group, guiding its long-term growth and diverse portfolio of businesses.

Khalid founded the Group’s travel company (BCD Travel) and logistics division (AWR Logistics), playing a key role in their strategic management and portfolio expansion. Beyond AWR Group, he serves on the boards of Commercial Bank of Dubai, Etisalat, and Dubai Insurance Co.

Khalid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from George Washington University.
